Holy
Cross Oil, Inc.
is certified as an SBA 8(a) - Hub Zone company. Our strategic focus
is to enhance shareholder opportunities through direct shareholder
hire, education and training as well as through developing long-term
growth of corporate assets and new business lines. These strategic
initiatives will be achieved through a balanced approach of maximizing
current SBA 8(a) contracting opportunities with local, state, federal,
and tribal government entities and developing strategic partnerships
with entities which share our corporate values.
HCO's parent company Deloycheet,
Inc., is the recognized village corporation for the native community
of Holy Cross, Alaska, and was incorporated in 1974 under Alaska Law
and pursuant to the 1971 Federal Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act
(ANCSA).

Inc. subsidiaries include Holy Cross Oil, Inc., an SBA 8(a)
certified business, as well as Deloycheet Development Corp., Deloycheet
Investments, Inc.; which is currently in the process of seeking
SBA 8(a) certification.
Located
in Anchorage & Holy Cross, Alaska, HCO is actively pursuing
new business opportunities by diversifying into Engineering, construction,
environmental compliance, consulting, information technology, project
management, quality assurance & control, and cost estimating
services.
